AFCommerce Version 2.6 - Place Your Own Content Here.
You have 4 options for how you can edit the content of this page:
1. Inside your shopping cart administration area, click the icon on the Admin Home Page that says, Web Page Content. On this page, you can edit the content of the 4 default pages that came with this software, as well as, the privacy and shipping policies.
2. Before version 2.6, this page was edited by changing the html inside the file found at: lang/1/content1.php. This way is no longer required, but if you would like to continue using it, simply modify this web page. There are comments in this file which will show you what to do.
3. You can also manually change these files the same way you normally would, by editing this web page directly, instead of using the database (or included file) at all.
4. Purchase the AFCommerce Website Building System, AFBuilder, which will allow you to create an unlimited number of web pages, choose from multiple AFCommerce website layouts, and much more all from a powerful online control panel. AFBuilder is a separate piece of software that will allow you to build a normal website, use as a content management system, and / or as an AFCommerce shopping cart builder (AFCommerce and AFBuilder are separate software).
