USA Customers may or may not have an increase in shipping from what the cart calculates. You will be notified by email if there is an increase.
Refunds are limited to exchange only.
No Cash refunds will be given.
In the case of new large ticket items ordered - refunds are limited to exchange or a 30% restocking fee.
If the shipping rate seems to high please indicate that with a note when you place your order. We will adjust if it is unreasonable for the item purchased. An additional invoice may be issued if the software does not charge enough for true shipping costs.
